1 )Services Provided

Our company offers the following services:

• Web Development:Custom website design, e-commerce solutions, and website maintenance.

• App Development:Mobile application development for Android, iOS, and hybrid platforms.

• Software Development:Custom software development tailored to client requirements.

2 )Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with these Terms or any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

3 )Service Agreement

A formal agreement will be signed between EraHam Tech Pvt Ltd. and the Client outlining the scope of the project, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and specific requirements.

All services will be delivered as per the requirements mutually agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.

4 )Fees and Payment Terms

• Pricing : Pricing for each project will be detailed in the project proposal. Costs vary depending on the scope and complexity of the services requested.

• Payment:Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon payment schedule in the contract. Delays in payment may lead to delays in project timelines and additional charges.

• Late Fees:In case of late payments, we reserve the right to charge interest or late fees as defined in the contract.

5 )Client Responsibilities

• Project Requirements: The Client is responsible for providing complete and accurate project requirements and any necessary content, including text, images, and other media.

• Timely Response: he Client must provide timely responses and feedback to ensure project timelines are met.

• Compliance: The Client is responsible for ensuring that the content and purpose of the developed software, website, or application comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

6 )Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client will own the rights to the final deliverable. However, EraHam Tech Pvt Ltd. retains ownership of any pre-existing materials, tools, and code libraries used in the project.

• License to Use: EraHam Tech Pvt Ltd. grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our proprietary tools, libraries, and frameworks embedded in the final deliverable, if any

7 )Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information provided by the Client and will not disclose any information without the Client’s consent, except where required by law.

8 )Warranty and Limitation of Liability

• WarrantyWe provide a warranty for defects in functionality for 30 days from the date of delivery. Any issues reported within this period will be resolved free of charge.

• Limitation of Liability: EraHam Tech Pvt Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business, or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9 )Support and Maintenance

• Post-Project Support:After project delivery, additional support or maintenance services can be provided at an additional cost as outlined in the project agreement or separate support contract.

• Updates:The Client will be responsible for future updates or changes unless a separate maintenance contract is established.

10 )Termination

Either party may terminate the project with prior written notice if either party breaches the terms of the agreement or fails to fulfill their responsibilities. Upon termination, EraHam Tech Pvt Ltd will provide any completed work to the Client, subject to payment for all completed milestones.

11 )Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements for services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.

12 ) Amendments to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
